When will my order be ready?

Processing time is 4 -7 business days for made to order as well as for already made items. I will do my best to finish your order as soon as possible. As soon as I ship the order you will receive a notification. Please allow additional time for the item to arrive, depends where you are located.

What are the shipping rates?

I offer a flat rate shipping:

3$ within Canada (letter mail without tracking) and $6 to USA with tracking . Order as many products as you like with flat rate shipping!

I currently ship to USA and Canada. I can ship to other countries upon request.  Please contact me and I'll check the shipping rates .

How do you ship my order and where are you located?

I am located in Toronto, Canada. 

Estimate delivery time for US: 4-7 business days. Tracking information starts to update after the package left Canada, usually within 36-48 hours. 

Estimate delivery time for Canada: 3-11 business days. No tracking for regular letter mail, parcels with multiple items will be tracked. 

What is your return policy?

You can return the item within 2 weeks from receiving it in its original condition.

Please contact me prior to sending the item back at hookswithattitude@yahoo.com and I will provide you with the return address.

I will refund the cost of the item within 7 days of receiving the item back.

PLEASE NOTE that the shipping cost is not refundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning shipping.
